Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Report the company's financial position to senior management.
  2. Evaluate and recommend finance systems to ensure consistency with organizational standards.
  3. Design, implement, and monitor internal controls related to various areas of the organization.
  4. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements and analysis reports to management.
  5. Conduct financial analysis on company operations including trend analysis, variance analysis, competitors and market analysis, variable and fixed costs analysis, profitability analysis, product-wise margins, profits, and working capital analysis.
  6. Perform detailed costing of products taking into account direct expenses, relevant and irrelevant costs.
  7. Perform sensitivity analysis at different levels of production, calculation of margins, etc.
  8. Manage working capital by streamlining stock holding levels, drafting customer credit policies, and ensuring adherence to policies.
  9. Monitor, plan, and manage cash flows in a manner consistent with company objectives.
  10. Coordinate with external auditors and advisors regarding company audits and reviews.
  11. Liaise with government agencies for statutory returns and related matters.
  12. Oversee tax function by reviewing all tax records and managing tax.
