Key Leadership Role: High-Performance Web and Mobile Application Development

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the development of high-performance web applications and accompanying mobile applications. This includes designing, developing, supporting, modifying, and documenting the applications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Port and migrate existing web applications to industry-standard technology stacks, including design, development, support, modification, and documentation.
  2. Design and develop mobile applications to complement the web application, with the option to adopt a cross-platform approach or develop native platform-specific applications.
  3. Develop detailed software designs and document requirements, including conducting Systems Requirements Analysis (SRA).
  4. Write code with unit tests and conduct requirements testing.
  5. Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, bugfix, and provide support for the web and mobile applications.
  6. Document technical specifications, outlining variables, functions, and methods used, including an Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) specifying database relations and a step-by-step explanation of the code.
  7. Coordinate with higher management, logging project information daily and filing reports, including being on-call for consultation.
  8. Develop comprehensive end-user documentation and training materials, including screencast/screen-recorded step-by-step tutorials.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent development and architecture skills, with a solid grasp of web development and at least 8+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years as a software architect/manager/team lead.
