Job Title: Software Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Project Manager to take on key leadership roles in software project delivery.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management methodologies, including document templates, identifying project phases, and reporting information.
  • Provide effective tracking, communication, and reporting of project status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, improve, and implement processes, procedures, and tools that support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and complete project documentation, reports, and plans are maintained and updated regularly.
  • Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing real-time insights into project progress.
  • Deliver projects within agreed scope, timescale, and budget.
  • Develop positive relationships with managers, staff, and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery and provide training as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in software project management, preferably with a degree in Project Management or Computer Sciences.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to large groups.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with financial control and budget management.
