Job Overview

As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of our organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize vouchers and double entries in the accounting software.
  • P prepare year-end financial statements and oversee daily bank position.
  • Finalize periodic bank and accounts reconciliation.
  • Monitor and check cash movement, including petty cash.
  • Prepare and execute accounts payables/receivables.
  • Manage billing, purchasing, receipts, and expenses.
  • Record and maintain export and import transactions/remittances.
  • Record and maintain refunds and rebates.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, withholding tax, and sales tax returns.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and organize documents.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a graduate degree in Accounts from a reputable educational institute. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounts department of the textile sector or related manufacturing industry is required. Additionally, you should possess good skills in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and communication skills in Urdu and English. You must also be responsible and honest, with the ability to independently manage all accounts and banking matters.
