Accounting Leadership Role

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Key responsibilities include managing a team of accountants, developing and implementing financial procedures, and ensuring accurate recording and classification of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10 accountants to ensure efficient workflow and effective problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement financial procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Generate timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing an accounting department with a strong focus on leadership and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Audit experience with presentation of financial statements is highly desirable.
