Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the RFP, bidding, and procurement process for products and services ensuring transparency and compliance at every stage.

This involves conducting detailed evaluations of technical and commercial proposals, reviewing commercial clauses, and preparing comprehensive statements to support informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities include preparing comparative statements of RFQs including detailed price benchmarking, securing necessary approvals, and creating Purchase Orders.

Maintain and update Project Status Reports, open PO reports, and procurement cycle reports.

Perform financial evaluations of submitted bids against price benchmarks.

Generate and analyze system reports on POs/PRs using the MM module in SAP.
