Technical Support Professional

This Technical Support Associate role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery and support of our systems. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to clients, conduct site visits, and assist with software and hardware integration.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support for MEP and ELV systems to clients.
- Visit client sites for troubleshooting, installations, and system configurations.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to resolve client concerns.
- Document all support activities, including technical issues and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in MEP and ELV fields.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of programming concepts, proficiency in .Net Core, and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a client-centric approach, and a willingness to travel frequently for on-site support are also required.
