Job Title: Data Conversion Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the way we deliver our products and services. As a Data Conversion Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience as they move through the software implementation process with our SmartFusion product.

The primary function of this position is to ensure accurate data migration from various systems into Microsoft SQL Server in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for creating complex T-SQL and Powershell scripts to facilitate data migration, reconciling migrated data to ensure conversion accuracy, interpreting requirements and defining necessary system setups, providing outstanding customer service, and resolving customer issues throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create complex T-SQL and Powershell scripts to facilitate data migration
  • Reconcile migrated data to ensure conversion accuracy
  • Interpret requirements and define necessary system setups
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Work with cross-functional team members, including Project Managers, Product Owners, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support Analysts
Requirements:
  • 3+ years data migration/conversion experience working on multiple enterprise or software implementation projects concurrently
  • Exceptional Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL scripting skills
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Powershell and other issue tracking software, such as JIRA and Team Support
  • Strong technical and communication skills, as well as ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess a deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations
