Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Coordinator to provide seamless coordination, communication, and control of all administrative support services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement policies and procedures as per management guidelines ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Facilitate day-to-day activities including security and safety, vehicle handling, office maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain professional relationships with government departments such as EOBI, Social Security, utilities, and telecom companies.
