
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable vehicles from our extensive inventory.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Operations Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing and timely vehicle delivery.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- A flexible schedule with evening shifts required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a sales agent in the automotive industry, preferably in the used car export sector.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- International Market Knowledge: Knowledge of international markets and import/export regulations is beneficial.
- Teamwork and Independence: The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Crm Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Language Fluency: Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
