Accountant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Karachi.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field, and minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. They should be proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, Tally, etc.) and have strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include maintaining financial records, ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and reports, handling import costing, GST stock statements, and monthly GST filing data, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle import costing, GST stock statements, and monthly GST filing data, and coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • E nsure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements, and maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial dealings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field, minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, Tally, etc.), strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of financial reporting, excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, familiarity with local tax laws and regulations in Pakistan.
