Solution Designer and Proposal Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Designer and Proposal Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering and at least 8-10 years of experience in design and proposals of PLC/RTU/DCS/ESD/F&G, Electrical & Instrumentation (Process, Fire & Gas Detection), Digitalization, SCADA System, Solar System.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the design, development, and proposal of systems. Your primary focus will be on creating innovative design solutions, preparing technical proposals, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

You will be responsible for reviewing all proposals, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and meeting customer requirements, industry standards, and company objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and analyzing RFQs with respect to technical and commercial requirements
  • Proposing Turn-Key solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures relating to business conduct
  • Executing international bids and proposals while minimizing risk
  • Ensuring timely submission of proposals in-line with client requirements
  • OEM and Vendor coordination, negotiations, and cost analysis
  • Maintaining business relationships with vendors and OEMs and enhancing supply chain
  • Team development and resource management
  • New initiatives for business by adding new OEM/solutions
  • Preparing prequalification, tender documentation, method statements, and bids
  • Providing technical and commercial pre-sales support to exceed strategic targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering
  • 8-10 years' experience minimum
  • Experience in design and proposals of PLC/RTU/DCS/ESD/F&G, Electrical & Instrumentation (Process, Fire & Gas Detection), Digitalization, SCADA System, Solar System
  • Good oral and written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of oil and gas industry standards
