Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced candidate for a real estate analyst position to undertake design development and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, including trends, rental rates, occupancy levels, supply/demand dynamics, and economic factors that affect property values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research on commercial real estate markets, analyzing market data to identify trends and draw actionable insights for decision-making.
  2. Analyze and assess the financial viability of real estate projects, using advanced financial modeling techniques (Excel, Argus, or similar tools) to evaluate cash flow, ROI, NPV, and IRR.
  3. Develop and prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for potential acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio optimization.
  4. Assist in financial modeling, preparing detailed financial projections for real estate investments using industry-standard tools.
  5. Assess legal, regulatory, and zoning requirements related to real estate transactions, providing recommendations on compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of real estate transactions are thoroughly evaluated and aligned with business objectives.
  7. Monitor and report on key market indicators, such as property prices, vacancy rates, rental yields, and market forecasts.
  8. Provide support in preparing investor presentations, reports, and documentation related to real estate investments and market analysis.
  9. Assist with due diligence processes for acquisitions, sales, and joint ventures, ensuring all financial, legal, and operational aspects are fully addressed.
