We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive sales growth, and exceed targets.
  2. Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and opportunities to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Pipeline Management: Accurately document and maintain client information, interactions, and progress in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date records.
  4. Marketing and Outreach: Create compelling emails, social media strategies, and LinkedIn messages to engage with potential clients, utilizing creative approaches to capture their attention.
  5. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Employ effective negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts with clients, handling objections and concerns professionally.
  6. Industry Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors to inform strategies and offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems and data management best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Strategies, email marketing, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Experience in Handling Objections and Negotiation.
  • Self-Motivation and Target-Driven with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
