We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering innovative solutions within the SuccessFactors platform. They will drive the configuration, customization, and integration of SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.

This role requires expertise in multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and integration frameworks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, configuring, and implementing SuccessFactors solutions across key modules.
  • Providing technical expertise and recommendations on best practices, system optimizations, and capability improvements.
  • Managing SuccessFactors project lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on leading development efforts across various modules.
  • Expert-level knowledge in multiple SuccessFactors modules, as well as deep understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and integration frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Integration Centre Tools, Boomi, and CPI (highly desirable).
  • Proven expertise in Integration Management: Experience in proactively overseeing and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
