Role Purpose
As the Senior SuccessFactors Specialist, you will take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions within the SuccessFactors platform. Acting as a technical expert, you will drive the configuration, customisation, and integration of SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions across key modules.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by identifying system improvements and aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise, offering recommendations on best practices, system optimizations, and capability improvements.
• Manage SuccessFactors project lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Drive enhancements to the system and process automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on leading development efforts across various modules.
• Expert-level knowledge in multiple SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, Recruiting), as well as deep understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Integration Centre Tools, Boomi, and CPI (highly desirable).
• Proven expertise in Integration Management: Experience in proactively overseeing and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a must; additional SAP certifications will be considered an advantage.
