Job Summary:
As a Head of Enterprise Sales and Strategy at SupportFinity™, you will lead our business development efforts, driving growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
About You:
- You have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the Staff Augmentation or HR Services industry.
- You possess a strong network and experience in the US market, with a minimum of 9+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
- You are an exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship manager, with a talent for building and leading high-performing teams.
- You have expertise in CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to acquire new clients, focusing on Staff Augmentation and HR Services in the US market.
- Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities, leveraging existing industry connections and market insights.
- Form, lead, and mentor a high-performing Business Development team, setting clear goals and driving performance.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and maintain strong relationships for long-term engagement.
- Work closely with operations, recruitment, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Enhance MIWs brand presence on social media platforms and industry events, establishing thought leadership.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand MIWs reach and offerings in the global market.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine MIWs service offerings and BD strategies.
- Set revenue goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
