Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to lead the customer journey from initial prospect identification to successful contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our presence in the renewable energy market.
  2. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  4. Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.
