Data-Driven Decision Maker

We are seeking a Data-Driven Decision Maker to join our team. This role involves analyzing market trends and business performance to drive company growth through data-driven strategies.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring squad targets, auditing documentation, and measuring the impact of initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:Business Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and follow up on squad targets to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Audit squad documentation for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with timelines and predefined goals.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of each squad's initiatives, providing actionable feedback to enhance outcomes.
Impact Analysis and Reporting:
  • Assess the potential business impact of proposed strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to make data-driven decisions based on impact analysis.
  • Measure the actual impact of implemented strategies and strategic goal fulfillment, ensuring continuous improvement.
Strategic Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on squad performance, business impact analysis, and solution success metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership based on insights from data analysis and operational reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in strategy, business analysis, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent organizational and auditing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience working in agile or squad-based organizational structures.
  • Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and techniques.
