Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst to join our team.

  • This role will involve collaborating with global and regional teams to develop log monitoring strategies, implementing operating models, and delivering services in accordance with service level agreements.
  • You will be responsible for performing process gap analysis, documenting findings, and driving closure. Additionally, you will interact with project managers, business analysts, and developers to detail business requirements and drive quality end-to-end automation in an agile manner.
  • Key responsibilities include leading initiatives to improve adherence to IT service controls and service management key control indicators, providing regular updates to management on progress, and analyzing trends.
  • You will also participate in security audits and assessments, both internal and external, and work with stakeholders to resolve queries/escalations.
Responsibilities
  1. Closely collaborate with global and regional teams across different functions regarding log monitoring strategy, operating model implementation, and service delivery.
  2. Perform process gap analysis, document findings as MSII, and drive closure.
  3. Interact with project managers, business analysts, and developers to detail business requirements and drive quality end-to-end automation in an agile manner.
  4. Lead initiatives to improve adherence to IT service controls and service management key control indicators.
  5. Provide regular and timely updates to management on progress, highlighting key challenges that may require escalation.
  6. Deliver log monitoring services in accordance with Service Level and Performance Level agreements.
  7. Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports with management and analyze trends.
  8. Participate in security audits and assessments, both internal and external.
  9. Work with key stakeholders to resolve queries/escalations, thereby improving customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proven track record of success in IT security, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
