We are currently seeking an accomplished Restaurant Operations Director to spearhead restaurant success and achieve organizational goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation, ensuring seamless front-of-house and back-of-house synergy.

Responsibilities
  • Drive efficient restaurant operations, maintain quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement effective customer complaint resolution processes.
  • Maintain the highest quality products and services at all times.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance employee performance.
  • Evaluate personnel performance, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development.
  • Partner with HR to recruit top talent and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Develop and execute impactful Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies to boost brand awareness and product promotion.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with HACCP regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead by example.
  • Monitor operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service management, preferably in a fast-paced franchise environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and multiple cuisines.
  • Familiarity with local market demographics and eating habits.
  • Proficiency in English language and basic computer skills.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent financial management skills.
  • Able to navigate and thrive in challenging situations.
