Job Title: Knitting Fabric Quality Control Specialist

This role involves conducting on-site inspections of knitted fabrics to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Frequent travel is required to various knitting units for inspections and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting knitted fabrics for quality, consistency, and defects.
  • Verifying compliance with design specifications, yarn quality, gauge, GSM, color, and finishing standards.
  • Identifying issues such as holes, streaks, oil marks, yarn problems, or improper tension.
  • Communicating directly with unit supervisors to understand their processes and resolve concerns.
  • Preparing clear, structured, and accurate fabric inspection reports for company leadership.
  • Providing recommendations for process improvements and defect prevention.
  • Ensuring that findings and updates are shared regularly and directly with the CEO.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fabric inspection, preferably in a knitting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of circular knitting machines, yarn types, fabric structures, and finishing.
  • Excellent analytical and observational skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical reports and using inspection checklists.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
