About This Position

A Typical Week
  • Supports recommendations by objective data and research
  • Takes into account logic, data, resources, constraints, and organizational goals when evaluating matters
  • Employ structured approaches to generate ideas, assess and select options
  • Develops and evaluates options and alternative courses of action
Key Responsibilities and Duties/Results Expected
  • Assists the Business Development team in daily activities
  • Attends and participates in new business meetings
  • Contributes to special projects as needed
  • Develops prospect targets and plans by market and service
  • Researches new business clients, pitches, and prospects
  • Gathers credentials, case studies, and other necessary information
  • Compiles and distributes status reports, pipeline documents, and newsletters
  • Maintains knowledge of current events in business, marketing, and advertising
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and professional interaction with clients, vendors, and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills required to work effectively across teams.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills essential for gathering credentials, case studies, and other necessary information.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to employ structured approaches to generate ideas, evaluate and select options.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills required to maintain knowledge of current events in business, marketing, and advertising.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools required.
