Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to assist our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent task management skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the supervisor in procuring office items, vehicles, and meeting arrangements.
  • Support maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure activities.
  • Coordinate conferences, workshops, seminars, and events.
  • Implement security policies and monitor shifts of the security team.
  • Maintain records, handle vehicle maintenance, and assist with day-to-day tasks.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 01 year of working experience in general administration.
  • Excellent task and time management skills.
  • Able to deal with different stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills with immediate decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
