Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill our Administrative Support Specialist role.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and multitasking skills, who can also provide operational support across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Functions:
  • Office Operations: Manage daily office tasks, maintain attendance records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting and Correspondence: Assist in administrative reports, documentation, and email correspondence.
  • Office Organization: Organize supplies, records, and scheduling.
Operational Assistance:
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
  • Content Creation: Assist in content creation for emails, website content, or social media posts.
  • Marketing Research: Collaborate with the marketing team for basic research and content planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of administrative processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other productivity software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
