We seek an accomplished Video Content Editor/Creator to develop and refine high-quality video content for various channels. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in video editing and content creation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

1. Edit and assemble video content, ensuring logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and overall coherence.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to create compelling video content that aligns with campaign objectives and key messaging.
3. Utilize various editing techniques and software to enhance footage, add graphics, and create special effects, as needed.
4. Review and edit audio elements to ensure high-quality audio integration with video content.
5. Optimize video content for different platforms and devices, including social media, websites, and mobile devices.
6. Manage video assets, including organization, archiving, and updating as needed.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance video content quality and effectiveness.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve content creation and marketing strategies.
9. Monitor and report on video content performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

1. Proven experience as a video editor/content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse editing styles and techniques.
2. Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, etc.
3. Strong knowledge of motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D.
4. Familiarity with video compression, color correction, and audio editing tools.
5. Excellent storytelling and narrative-building abilities.
6. Keen attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Experience working with social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific video requirements is a plus.
