Job Description

We are seeking ambitious, results-driven individuals who possess exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for innovative marketing strategies.

This is a fixed-salary position with no sales targets. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our marketing strategy, including advertising product management, campaign development, and event planning.

  • Marketing Strategy Management: Develop, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns by collaborating with external PR agencies and leveraging company resources.
  • Communication and Innovation: Design creative ways to communicate the company's message to existing customers, contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Event Planning and Evaluation: Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing events to ensure successful outcomes and provide valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Campaign Development: Create, implement, and deliver campaigns within agreed timelines, meeting set objectives and ensuring timely completion.

You will also provide professional customer support via emails and calls, handling inbound and outbound communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including Word, Excel, and secretarial tasks
  • Manage communication channels effectively, including telephone, email, fax, and text messages
  • Track queries and calls efficiently
  • Assist the admin manager with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers at all times
Working Hours:

Selected candidates will work flexible hours based on their gender. Male candidates will work from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, while female candidates will work from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
