As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail store. Your primary objective will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and ensuring that all store operational requirements are met.
">Key Responsibilities:- Manage store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees in coordination with the HR department.
- Ensure consistent performance of staff by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as needed.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise employee performance to ensure it aligns with company expectations.
- Achieve sales objectives by preparing budgets, planning expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Identify and meet current and future customer requirements by establishing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Protect the company's reputation by complying with legal requirements and upholding company standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and manage cash transactions efficiently.

This role requires working in a retail environment, including weekends and public holidays. You must be willing to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
