Customer Service Representative

A key position in a real estate office, the customer service representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and offer refreshments.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, screen and forward as needed.
  • Manage mail and deliveries by receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and update calendars to ensure seamless communication between agents and clients.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing documents.
  • Maintain a tidy office environment by ordering and replenishing supplies as necessary.
  • Supply accurate information and answer questions from clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure efficient traffic flow within the office, granting access to employees while managing visitor flow.

While experience in real estate is beneficial, strong social media skills and knowledge of industry terminology are valuable assets for this role.

You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, setting the tone for their experience with our company. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to ensuring the success of our team.
