Job Opportunity: Wealth Manager- Real Estate Investment

We are seeking an experienced wealth manager to join our team and play a key role in generating revenue from investors by selling real estate in KSA.

  • The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high net worth individuals (HNWI) in their base country, and then guiding them through the process of investing in KSA's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Farming: Generate leads of HNWI in the country where they are based, following the standard lead management process to qualify, mature, and close deals.
  • Forging Partnerships: Seek key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to obtain a steady stream of potential buyers.
  • Attending/conducting Real Estate and investment events: Consistently look for events in their base countries where investors come to seek investment opportunities, and conduct roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences.
  • End-to-End Investment Advisory: Become an advisor for end-to-end real estate investment for clients in the base country, managing a seamless experience of investing in KSA and consulting on exit strategies as needed.
  • Special Projects: Work on special projects assigned by the line, which may include commercial, regulatory, and financial areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of sales or partnership management experience.
  • Proven Commercial sales executive experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven track record of working with High Net Worth Clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues.
  • Deep understanding of market services/products.
  • Understanding of real estate sales.
  • Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong team orientation, communication, creative & analytical skills.
