Senior Data Analyst role at our organization is an exciting opportunity to play a leading part in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the business.

  • You will lead and mentor junior and mid-level data analysts while fostering a culture of learning, quality, and ownership.
  • You will translate business needs into structured analysis and deliver clear, business-ready insights.
  • You will respond to ad hoc data requests from stakeholders and leadership, providing fast and reliable insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5 or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other analysts or BI professionals.
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX and Power Query) and Tableau (Calculated Fields and LOD Expressions).
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis and automation.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in product, retail, or data-driven environments.
  • Strong sense of ownership, prioritization, and delivery in fast-paced settings.
