Research Consultant

As a Research Consultant, you will be responsible for independently designing research projects, executing and delivering tracking dips for key accounts. You will also be required to resolve client queries with minimal supervision from the line manager.

About the Role
  • You will coordinate with clients for any inputs required to update questionnaires.
  • You will work closely with the Project Management team & client for development & finalization of English & Urdu scripts.
  • You will prepare and finalize field Master Kit documents in coordination with the Project Management team.

The ideal candidate should have completed post-graduation – degree in business administration, preferably but not limited to marketing. A minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in the research industry is required. The candidate should possess analytical ability with proven numeracy skills, business writing skills, computer literacy – proficiency in MS Office, and basic commercial skills (cost and time management). Strong attention to detail and marketing knowledge are also essential.

The role involves coordinating with seniors to handle complex client queries regarding research inputs & outputs. Additionally, you will need to communicate and coordinate with the Finance Team for project recording, formalities, initiation & invoicing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required for this position.

You will present the report to the client and develop a healthy working relationship with them. You should have a thorough understanding of marketing research principles and be open to traveling across the country for briefings & fieldwork accompaniment.
