Business Growth Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Business Growth Specialist.

This role is responsible for driving revenue and profitability through the acquisition of new clients and expanded opportunities within existing clients.

The Business Growth Specialist will collaborate with our team to monitor and support business development activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and following up on leads, developing relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and managing client relationships throughout implementation.

You will be responsible for articulating concepts and information to provide optimal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and follow up on leads to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Articulate concepts and information to provide optimal services to our clients.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Persistent and patient individual who can leverage client relationships throughout the sales cycle to increase conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working on freelance platforms is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of services offered by our organization.
  • Knowledge of business statistics and how to calculate them.
  • Excellent understanding of how to leverage client relationships throughout the sales cycle to increase conversion rates.
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team in a pleasant manner.
  • Result-oriented and able to encourage the team for results.
