Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Manager. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient, compliant, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and launch activities, and act as liaison between production and management to align goals and communicate updates.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products, allocate resources effectively, and maintain product quality.
  2. Ensure all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
  3. Supervise daily operations of production teams, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and provide training and guidance to production staff.
  4. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging supplies, and maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance production workflows, and implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies.
  6. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment, and coordinate with maintenance teams to address technical issues and minimize downtime.
  7. Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, batch records, and other required documentation for audits and inspections, and collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
  8. Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to support product development and launch activities, and act as liaison between production and management to align goals and communicate updates.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5–10 years in a production role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and ERP systems.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
