Data Analyst, Bank Rates

Salary and Job Description

This role is focused on collecting and tracking information on interest rates for banking products from US banks. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with external contacts to actively track information.

The ideal candidate will deliver accurate and timely output, applying a 'doing right the first-time' mindset. They will identify and report any new disclosure or gaps in policies/procedures and contribute towards process improvement through error checks, audit suggestions, and tool enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's/College degree and/or prior experience working in a customer service setting.

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills to communicate with stakeholders globally.

  • Proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain focus and motivation while working with routine and repetitive tasks.

  • Background in MS Office.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.

  • Capable of collaborating with both local and offshore teams and stakeholders.

  • Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness.

  • Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work.

  • Amenable to work night shifts.
