Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and tracking information on interest rates for banking products. This involves actively reaching out to US banks via email and internet-based research to gather data. The ideal candidate should have strong English verbal and written communication skills to communicate with stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and track information on interest rates for banking products

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with external contacts/clients to track covered content sets

  • Deliver accurate, timely output with a 'doing right the first-time' mindset

  • Identify and report new disclosures or gaps in policies/procedures

  • Contribute to process improvement through error checks, audit suggestions, and tool enhancements

  • Innovate by identifying enhancement initiatives

  • Build subject-matter expertise in various workflows, processes, and fees-related jobs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer service setting

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimal direction and maintain focus while working on routine tasks

  • Background in MS Office

  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy

  • Able to collaborate with local and offshore teams and stakeholders

  • Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness
