**SEO Strategy Development Role**


We are looking for an SEO strategist who can build and execute a strong SEO strategy that drives organic visibility and generates consistent inbound leads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles and experience working with service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strong SEO strategy that ranks our pages for commercial keywords and creates a foundation for Google online lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop blog/landing page strategies that convert visitors into customers.
  • Link Building: Build backlink profiles through ethical link-building techniques to increase domain authority and drive targeted traffic.
  • Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profile for local SEO in the Dubai market to reach a wider audience.
  • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Provide monthly reports on traffic growth, keyword rankings, and lead potential to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of proven SEO experience, especially for service-based businesses.
  • Strong command of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and other relevant tools.
  • Understanding of conversion-focused SEO that prioritizes leads over mere traffic.
  • Experience with local SEO, particularly in UAE or similar markets.
  • Must be proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented in their approach.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with international/Dubai-based clients is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Wix or other CMS platforms is beneficial.
  • Ability to suggest tools or automations for scaling SEO processes.
