We have an exciting opportunity for a supply network professional in BAT GBS Pakistan, with a 1-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an optimal end-to-end supply plan for assigned areas, balancing cash, cost, and service levers.
  • Manage scenarios for assigned areas within defined limits.
  • Review dashboards to identify exceptions and drive actions to mitigate issues.
  • Develop and approve inventory policies within defined limits.
  • Create new segmentation strategies within defined limits.
  • Define automation policies based on segmentation strategies within defined limits.
  • Establish relevant planning horizons: frozen, scheduling, and planning.
  • Make daily planning decisions for assigned areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management to achieve sustainable change and operational vision.
  • Ensure complete and accurate planning master data across systems.
  • Oversee teams responsible for distribution, inventory, or master planning, depending on size and complexity.
  • Lead a team of three, overseeing end-to-end planning functions across multiple areas.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in planning, logistics, NPI, with manufacturing and commercial experience advantageous.
  • Experience leading small, diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and digital skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and metrics.
  • Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concepts.
    • University degree, preferably in a supply chain-related major.
    • Advanced planning system mastery advantageous.
    Desirable Experience:
    • Experience with ERP or planning systems.
    • Experience in FMCG or consumer electronics supply chains.
