Job Overview:

Pakipreneurs, a pioneering software development agency, seeks an ambitious Enterprise Sales Strategist to spearhead business expansion. As a key player in our growth team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, identifying new opportunities, and cultivating strong client relationships.

About the Role:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead Generation & Outreach: Leverage industry connections, social media, and direct outreach to identify and engage with potential clients, securing projects that align with our capabilities.
  3. Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals that highlight our expertise and value proposition, strategically bidding on projects to win new business.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  5. Market Research & Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and refine our sales approach to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the IT/software development industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of freelance/job platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and their nuances.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and craft persuasive proposals.
  • Autonomy & Adaptability: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Technical Acumen: Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus, but not required.
