About the Role

The Advocacy Coordinator will be responsible for operationalizing the Pilot Anti-Rape Crisis Cell (ARCC) notified under the Anti Rape Act 2021 in the province, endorsing the Sexual Violence Response Framework for KPK, and executing multi-sectoral training sessions.

This role will primarily focus on stakeholder engagement, multi-sectoral coordination, policy engagement, and survivor-centered response mechanisms in collaboration with the provincial government, law enforcement agencies, and civil society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation:
    • Programmatically identify, plan, and implement projects that promote survivor-centered responses to GBV cases.
    • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute programs focused on multi-stakeholder initiatives.
    • Provide technical assistance to project staff on implementing evidence-based practices in GBV response.
    • Lead the planning, organization, and execution of multi-sectoral training sessions on sexual violence prevention and response.
    • Collaborate with local authorities to launch and operationalize the KP Sexual Violence Response Framework.
  • Monitoring, Learning, and Data Management:
    • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes using standardized metrics and benchmarks.
    • Design and implement strategies for collecting and analyzing data on GBV cases and survivor experiences.
    • Oversee the maintenance and use of M&E tools to track project progress and impact.
    • Analyze lessons learned from project activities and make recommendations for future improvement.
    • Strengthen the capacity of project teams to apply M&E principles in their work.
  • Strategic Support & Stakeholder Management:
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with national, regional, and international organizations working on GBV prevention and response.
    • Collaborate with government officials, UN agencies, NGOs, and private sector entities to ensure alignment on GBV response efforts.
    • Represent our organization at various forums and meetings focused on GBV and women's empowerment.
    • Maintain open and respectful lines of communication with all stakeholders.
    • Document best practices and lessons learned in GBV response.
