Real Estate Marketing Role

The primary objective of this marketing position is to spearhead the sales of commercial and residential plots, shops, and offices. This involves creating and implementing effective strategies to promote these properties and attract potential buyers.

In addition to sales, the marketing manager will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns. This includes monitoring website traffic, social media engagement, and other key metrics to gauge the success of our marketing efforts.

To achieve these goals, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:
