Cloud Solutions Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Master Data Management & Governance: Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness across multiple businesses within our Salesforce instance.
  • User and License Management: Set up new users, deactivate existing ones, manage roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
  • Salesforce Configuration Changes: Implement changes to flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom objects, APIs, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Understanding of Triggers/Code Knowledge: Familiarity with basic triggers and code knowledge is essential.
  • Sandbox Environment Management: Manage sandbox environments to ensure efficient testing and development.
  • DevOps/Release Management Experience: Proven experience in DevOps and release management is required.
  • Gathering Requirements and Designing Solutions: Identify areas of improvement and design scalable, best-practice based solutions that meet user and customer needs.
