We are seeking a highly skilled interpreter to provide accurate and efficient interpretation services in various settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting for people using legal, health, and local government services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret for individuals accessing legal, health, and local government services
  • Ensure understanding of non-English speakers after each sentence
  • Conferencing, consecutive, and public service interpreting
  • Deal with highly confidential information
  • Liaise between service users and providers

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Fluency in English or another language
  • A BS/MS degree in English Language, Literature, ELT, or TESOL
  • Any other interpreting-related qualification
  • An IELTS certificate with an overall band score of 6.5, including a minimum of 6.0 in each individual subtest (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
  • Be willing to sign a surety bond and Non-Disclosure Agreement
