We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished professional to fill the role of Assistant Director Program Coordination. This esteemed position is pivotal in driving academic excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless program implementation.

About the Role:
  • This leadership position oversees the planning and execution of semester activities, guaranteeing alignment with institutional policies and procedures.
  • As the assistant director, you will be responsible for optimizing resource utilization, identifying gaps, and providing administrative support for academic activities.
  • Maintaining documentation and databases for all programs, serving as a key point of contact for students and faculty, and preparing reports and meeting minutes are also integral aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute semester activities in line with institutional objectives.
  2. Ensure the implementation of academic policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  3. Optimize resource utilization, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
  4. Provide administrative support for academic activities, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and databases for all programs, ensuring easy access and reference.
  6. Serve as a primary point of contact for students and faculty, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Prepare and submit reports and meeting minutes, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Manage the thesis process, tracking student progress and providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of achieving results and leading teams.
