About the Role

Job Summary: As a Data Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality customer master data is trusted, timely, accurate, and consistent.

This team governs processes and controls to deliver superior client experience, overseeing every aspect of the data lifecycle. You will work closely with various teams, including client buying experience, CRM Operations, Order Management, Fulfillment, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure effective data governance reporting and analytics.

The Reporting & Analytics lead requires creating business opportunities and solving problems through the analysis of large and complex data sets. The ability to critically analyze data using various approaches and tools will help transform raw details into meaningful intelligence, solving business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to users, meeting their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and necessary actions.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining an SLA of 24 hours for providing solutions.
  • Ensure all case management activities comply with defined procedures and maintain quality of work.
  • Maintain KPIs for the team and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
