Job Title:

Senior Digital Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute evidence-based digital media plans across paid search, social, programmatic, and emerging platforms to meet campaign objectives.
  • Liaise with media partners to align on strategic goals, negotiate buys, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the seamless execution of media plans, including trafficking, QA, pacing, optimization, and platform implementation.
  • Be accountable for optimal spend and performance efficiency on a monthly basis.
  • Establish reporting standards, analyze campaign results, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a strategic advisor, and drive digital growth.
  • Explore emerging platforms and technologies while maintaining partner relationships for favorable deals and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure holistic campaign success.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and/or Programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with performance creatives and A/B testing is beneficial.
