As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering customers through solar energy solutions. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers on the benefits and functionalities of solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, providing information and assistance on solar products, services, and promotions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to solar system installations, performance, billing, and service disruptions.
  3. Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, how solar systems work, and the installation process.
  4. Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to post-installation support.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  6. Provide feedback to management on customer service processes and product improvements.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the solar energy sector to provide informed answers to customers.
  8. Assist in creating and updating FAQs and other customer support materials.
  9. Participate in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to solar products and customer service best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or renewable energy fields is beneficial.
  2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, preferably in the solar energy or related renewable energy sector.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  5. Excellent presentation skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask.
  7. Understanding of solar energy products and the renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
  8. Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
