Job Overview

The Zong Digital Trainee Executive program is designed for fresh graduates who exhibit strong leadership qualities, a passion for digital skills, and a drive to be part of our digital transformation. You will experience a diverse range of technical disciplines, including AI, Data Science, Data Management, and Software Development. You may be placed in any of the following departments:

  • Digital Technologies – This team spearheads intelligent digital transformation and ensures high-quality development across multiple platforms. They manage data lakes, data governance frameworks to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data availability.
  • BSS & IT Infrastructure – This department formulates IT strategy and ensures the availability of robust infrastructure and support systems across all business divisions. They manage cloud services, EDN operations, and network security to safeguard business continuity.
  • Information Security – This team builds & implements the governance & administration of information security measures within the organization. They detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity investigations/incidents using technology solutions and processes.
  • Network Planning – This team drives strategic planning to expand and optimize the wireless network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future technologies. They forecast capacity needs, plan expansions, and enhance network coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Network Operations Maintenance Center – This department ensures seamless functioning of Cloud Core and Access Networks, maintaining high availability and performance across nationwide infrastructure.
Key Requirements

Education:

  • Fresh Graduates of Bachelors/Masters Degree programs of last 1 year (2024 / 2025 batch)
  • Required Specialization: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software, Computer Engineering, Information Security, IT, Electrical, Telecommunication & Networks, Systems, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics
  • CGPA/Score: Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 70% Marks required
  • Age: Maximum 26 Years (by Nov 2025)
