
Sales Deal Closure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Closer to drive high-ticket deal closures for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, team management, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets.
- Closing high-value deals by handling objections, negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements with clients.
- Overseeing end-to-end sales processes, from lead handoff to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Conducting cold calling and outbound sales outreach with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in outbound sales (cold calling) - preferably in GMB Website and SEO.
- 1+ year of experience managing a sales team (5-10 agents).
- Exceptional English communication & negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving team performance.
