We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Leader. This is a critical role that involves planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our organization's human resources by:

  • Maintaining and enhancing employee relations through various initiatives and activities;
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including creating and distributing contractual announcements, providing customer service to employees, and serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators;
  • Participating in recruitment efforts, creating job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling job interviews, and assisting in the interview process;
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases, updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records, and performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Employee Relations: Developing and implementing strategies to maintain positive employee relations;
  • HR Administration: Providing administrative support to the HR team, including creating and distributing contractual announcements;
  • Recruitment: Participating in recruitment efforts, creating job ads, and scheduling job interviews;
  • Record Maintenance: Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration or HR Management;
  • More than 4-5 years of relevant work experience in HR in a reputable organization;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organization and project management skills;
  • Friendly and personable demeanor;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
